Insurance Coverage
We are a preferred in-network provider of Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana,United Health Care( GEHA,UMR,Guardian, United health One,Pacific Care, and Great-West etc) and PHCS/ Multiplan etc, however, acupuncture benefits depend on individual policy, some of them cover acupuncture, some may not cover. We will verify acupuncture benefits for you if you provide us the information, and we will file insurance claims on your behalf if your insurance plan covers acupuncture. We will do all the paper work and also follow up to make sure your claim goes through. It is your responsibility to pay for your treatment before you meet your deductibles, and any denied claims for your treatment.
In order for us to verify your acupuncture benefits promptly, please provide us your insurance card information with your date of birth at least two days before your first appointment.
